Plain Omelette

Plain Omelette
2 eggs
1 t milk
2 t butter
salt and pepper to taste
  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  • beat the egg whites with an egg beater till stiff.
  • add yolks,milk and seasoning and beat well.
  • heat butter in a frying pan,pour the beaten egg in the pan and let it set around the sides
  • when one side is set ,fold and cook till well browned on all sides.
  • serve hot with bread toast.
