Peanut Chutney

Peanut Chutney
50 g peanuts
2 -3 small green chilli
1 small piece of ginger
1 t lemon juice
1 t salt
  • Roast peanuts and remove the red skin.(roasted the peanuts some time it get quickly browned , add 2-3 pinch of salt and few drop of water ,it roasted evenly)
  • Grind peanuts ,green chilli and ginger to a fine paste.
  • add salt and lemon juice ,mix well
  • serve with snakes.
