300 gm paneer
1 cup coconut grated
3-4 onions
4-5 green chilli
4-5 cloves,garlic
ginger 1 piece
curds 1 cup
jeera 1tsp
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
4-5 cup water
4tbs ghee
salt to taste
  • Chop green chilli, 2 onions.
  •  Grind to a paste 2 onion,garlic,ginger,jeera,and the coconut.
  • .Fry paneer cubes in little oil.
  • Heat oil and fry the chopped onions ,greenchills.turn golden brown add the coconut onion paste ,turmeric powder,chilli powder,garam masala powder,and salt and fry for few minutes.
  • Add the beaten curds ,cook for 2-3 minutes and add fried paneer.add the water cook for 10 -15 minutes in slow fire.
  • Garnish with curry leaves,and coriander leaves and serve .

100- 200 g cashew nuts
1-2 small stick cinnamon
3 cloves
2-3 bay leaves'
1-2 t grated coconuts
1/4 cup of coconuts milk
2 onion
2 tomatoes
4-5 garlic
1 piece of ginger
1/2 t red chilli powder
1/4 turmeric powder
1/4 garam masala
20 g raisins.
few coriander leaves
salt to taste.

  •  Cut paneer in to cubes.and fry in to ghee in golden browen.
  • Fry the cashewnut in golden colour.
  • Finely powder the green cardamon,
  • Finely chopped the onion,tomatoes,,ginger and garlic.
  • Heat ghee fry onion till golden brown, add the chopped tomatoes,ginger,garlic cook for few minutes. Till the tomatoes are done. Add the Cinnamon.cloves,and green cardamon powder,,grated coconuts ,few cashnewnuts and grind in to fine pastes.
  • Heat a pan fry the paste in little oil for a minutes.than add bay leaves,redchilli powder,turmaric powder,garammasala powder,cashnewnuts,raisins,paneer,khoya and 1/2 cup water.and salt fry for few minutes,And keep in in sllow fire.and cook for 2-3 minutes'
  • Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves
