Scrambled Egg paneer
1 t Milk
1 t Butter
50 g paneer
Green chilli 1/2 (chopped)
Onion 1/2 (chopped)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 .Beat the egg lightly, add milk and seasoning salt and pepper and mix.
2. Grate the paneer small crumbs.
3. Melt the butter in a frying pan,put the chopped chilli,onion,slightly fry,and add paneer crumbs.fry for few minutes.
4. Pour beaten egg and cook with slight stirring till it starts setting.
5. Serve hot on a hot buttered toast.
