PANEER MASALA CURRY

PANEER MASALA CURRY

Ingredients;
300 gm paneer,
300 gm potatoes
300 gm peas
5 tomatoes
4 onions
4 green chillis
1 piece of ginger
4 garlic
1/2 coconut paste or coconut milk 1/4 cup
1/2 t jeera
1 small cinnaman
1 t pepper powder ,
1t chilli powder,
1t coriander powder,
1/2 t turmeric powder
2 tbsp ghee
2 red chillis
1 tsp mustard seeds
salt taste

 
METHOD;

 
  • Cut potatoes in to small cubes.
  • Chopped green chilli,ginger.garlic,  
  • Cut onions lengthwise. .
  • Grind the coconut,jeera,cinnamon with sufficient water.
  • .Heat oil fry the potatoes,peas, green chilli,ginger, and garlic ( 5 minutes.)
  • And take a small cup add to coriander powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,pepper powder, a salt, with  1 t water or 1 ts curd mix well.. Put this masala paste. fry few minutes.
  • And put the grinded coconut , jeera,Cinnamon paste, fry 1 minutes than add little water up to the level of veg table. when it boil .add the tomatoes.And boil for few more minutes.Boil fur ther till the vegtable .
  • .Pour the coconut milk and add fried paneer cubes(put 1 t ghee fry the paneer little oil .donot deep fry .because the panner take more oil'). stir well and let it boil for another 5 to 7 minutes low fire.

Heat oil and add the mustard seeas.broken red chillies,mustard seeds start spluttering add chopped onions and fry onions turn brown.add curry leaves or coriander leaves or puddena leaves. Serve hot with rodi, pulao
