SHAHI PANEER

SHAHI PANEER
Ingredients;
100 g paneer
1-2 t Butter /Desi ghee
2-3 Onion
1 small piece ginger
1 green chilli
3 tomato
1 Black cardamom (crushed)
Salt 1/2 t
20 g Curds
1 t red chilli powder
1/4 t Black pepper powder
1/4 t garam masala
1/4 t suger
2 t Tomato sauce
1 t Cream
few Coriander leaves

Method
  • Chopped onion,gree chilli ginger, and tomatoes small piece.
  • Grind black cardamon and beat curds well.
  • Heat1/2T ghee.Add onions it golen brown,add green chilli ,and ginger and cook till turns light brown.
  • Add tomatoes.cook on low fire at 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Add beaten curds and cook 3to 4 minutes. Remove from fire and cool it. Grind it,This Masala it to a puree in a blender add 3 t water. stain puree.
  • Heat 1t ghee/butter and add prepared purees and cook on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Add salt,red chili powder, pepper powder, and sugar.
  • Cut paneer in to small triangle.
  • Add paneer,cream, simmer for few minutes.
  • Put paneer in a bowl and garnish with cream, garam masala and coriander leaves.
