25 g semolina
1 cup milk
2-3 almond,raisin,cashew nuts
- Roast semolina in a pan over slow fire
- add 1/2 cup water and milk and cook on slow fire for 5-8 minutes till the semolina cooked
- add sugar and cook for few minutes stirring constantly
- remove from fire
- serve hot garnish with dry nuts and green cardamom powder.
