SEMOLINA KHEER

SEMOLINA KHEER
Ingredients
25 g semolina
1 cup milk
2-3 sugar
2-3 almond,raisin,cashew nuts
METHOD
  • Roast semolina in a pan over slow fire
  • add 1/2 cup water and milk and cook on slow fire for 5-8 minutes till the semolina cooked
  • add sugar and cook for few minutes stirring constantly
  • remove from fire
  • serve hot garnish with dry nuts and green cardamom powder.
