FRIED EGG

FRIED EGG
Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 t butter
pepper and salt to taste
METHOD
  • Heat the butter in a frying pan
  • Break the egg carefully in the pan,taking care not to break the yolk.
  • Cover the pan with lid and let the egg cool for 2 minutes on slow fire,For double fried egg ,turn the egg over with a flat spoon and cook the other side also for 1-2 minutes .
  • Lift the egg with a slotted spoon,taking care not to break the yolk.sprinkle the pepper and salt.
  • Serve along with hot buttered toast.
