PANEER KHEER

PANEER KHEER
Paneer kheer
Ingredient;
500g Milk
50 g Paneer
2-3 tsp Sugar
2-6 Almond
6-7 raisins
1-2 drops Kewra essence
Method
1.Cut the paneer in to very small cubes and cook in milk on slow fire stirring occasionally till the kheer thickens.
2.Add sugar and give one boil.
3.Remove from fire and add essence.
Serve cold garnished with shredded almond and raisins.
